International Human Rights Organization (IHRO) is a non-governmental , non-profit organization (NGO) with a national focus and global network. It campaigns, both in India and internationally, for the protection of the rights of people regardless of their caste, creed or political opinions. The voluntary organization has a selective membership drawn from a variety of disciplines: law, journalism, education, medicine, agriculture, commerce and industry. Since its inception in 2009, the IHRO has worked to investigate and publicize human rights violations in this part of the Indian subcontinent and abroad.

It is to be informed that Dr. Rxashmi Thakur is been nominated as Director of Education , Art and Cultural affairs for this organisation and will work in all the countries where ever the organisation is available.

Dr. Rashmi Thakur will her excellence met wife of Former Srilankan Prime Minister Srihanti Rajpakse and discussed about the Woman empowerment and education in SAARC

Dr. Rashmi Thakur for International relationship between Thailand & India also met Ministry of Defence Mr.Sutin Klungsang and Minister of Tourism Culture Ms. Sudawan wangsupakitkosal too.

Ms.Sudawan Wangsuphakijkosal is the daughter of Weerasak Wangsuphakijkosal who served as the Deputy Transport Minister of Thailand.

As a part of Cultural relationship between India and Indonesia in Buddhism. Dr. Rashmi Thakur had discussed with Indonesia .

His Majesty the king DRS.RH.Sany wijaya natakakusuma SH, Her Majesty the Queen NR Rulany Indira gartika rusady, Her royal Highness Princess Mufida rayya Mubarak, His royal Highness prince R.H. Saeful Mubarok ST. It is to be noted that Buddhism is the Second oldest outside religion in Indonesia after Hinduism which arrived from India around the Second Century.

Dr. Rxashmi Tthakur is Ambassador to European International University France.

Dr. Rashmi Thakur also being Convener to ACCORD ( African Center of the Constructive Resolution of Disputes ) since 2020.

The number of Countries where Dr. Rxashmi Tthakur is planning will be 15 & they are as below:

Selected countries: Canada, Germany, USA, UAE, Malaysia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, UK, Netherlands, Australia, France, Japan, Norway, Oman, New Zealand.

The Indian handloom industry is one of the oldest and largest cottage industries in India with a standing ancient tradition dating back thousands of years for their excellent craftsmanship, representing the vibrant Indian culture.

    Along with  CSR & Media Director of PVR Consolidation private Ltd & Director of Culture 

Arts & Education Dr. Rxashmi Tthakur will also be Director of Global Handloom Mission . She will creating awareness and Global Market in 22 countries for next 5 year
