- New Steel Bridges Over River Crossings: BRO has also completed multiple steel bridges over major river crossings, ensuring all-weather access to border villages. These bridges are designed to withstand heavy loads and extreme climatic conditions.
- Advanced Roadways Near Kibithu and Walong: Located in the easternmost part of Arunachal Pradesh, these regions now have faster and safer road access. These routes are particularly important due to their proximity to the LAC with China.

Arunachal Pradesh shares a 1,126 km border with China, and improved logistics in this region serve both defensive and strategic purposes.

More importantly, it allows for faster evacuation or reinforcement in the event of any standoff situation, similar to past incidents in Tawang and other LAC zones.
