IRS official killed during violence in Manipur

An Income Tax department official, Letminthang Haokip, was killed during the recent violence in Imphal, Manipur. Haokip was a Tax Assistant who was on duty when he was dragged out of his official residence and beaten to death by Meitei miscreants.
