In a decisive move to address the ongoing tensions in Manipur, Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi reviewed security in Manipur on Tuesday. The visit comes as ethnic clashes and insurgency-related violence continue to disrupt normalcy across several districts.
This marks General Dwivedi’s first official security assessment tour to the northeastern state since assuming office earlier this month.
